Selective Demolition of Buildings and Structures with Maximum Material Recovery

Controlled dismantling of facilities with separation of material flows and preparation of the site for further use.
We view demolition as the first stage in a new life cycle for the site. Instead of conventional demolition, we use phased dismantling with separation of materials directly during the works.

This approach helps preserve the resource value of concrete, metal, brick and other materials, reduce the volume of waste sent for disposal and prepare the site for the next stage of the project.
FULL SCOPE OF WORKS:

  • Survey and Planning — assessment of the facility, structures, utilities and working conditions.
  • Element-by-Element Dismantling — sequential dismantling of structures with controlled separation of material flows.
  • Sorting and Processing — recovery of suitable fractions and preparation of materials for reuse.Site Preparation — site clearance and engineering preparation for the next stage of project implementation.
SELECTIVE DEMOLITION PRINCIPLE
Each material flow follows a defined route for further treatment. Suitable materials retain their resource value and are sent for processing or reuse, while the site is progressively cleared for the next stage of development.

We do more than dismantle a facility — we create a resource for the next project.

OUR APPROACH

Demolition with Controlled Waste Management
  • Site Survey
Assessment of the technical condition of structures, site conditions, surrounding buildings and existing utilities.
  • Demolition Planning
Development of the required design and process documentation for demolition works.
  • Preparatory Works
Site fencing, temporary infrastructure, utility disconnection and relocation within the agreed scope of works.
  • Element-by-Element Dismantling
Dismantling of structures in a technically justified sequence.
  • Material Sorting
Separation of concrete, metal, timber, brick, mixed and other materials.
  • Processing and Further Use
Separated materials are directed to processing, reuse or other project-defined treatment routes depending on their characteristics.
  • Site Preparation
Final site clearance and handover for further construction or site improvement works.
  • UP TO 95%

    potential material recovery for reuse

  • CONTROL

    full traceability of material flows

  • FULL-CYCLE

from initial survey to site preparation

  • SAFETY

works performed in compliance with design, environmental and occupational health and safety requirements

CLIENT OUTCOMES

A site prepared for the next stage of the project, controlled management of generated materials and maximum recovery of suitable resources for reuse.
  • 01
    COST REDUCTION
Lower costs through reduced disposal volumes and increased reuse of suitable materials.
  • 02
    CONTROLLED MATERIAL FLOWS
Separate tracking and a defined treatment route for each material fraction.
  • 03
    SITE READY FOR REDEVELOPMENT
A cleared site prepared for new construction or further development.
We dismantle facilities into recoverable resources instead of turning them into waste.
Our goal is to preserve the resource value of materials by separating them directly during demolition and directing suitable fractions to processing and reuse.
